Over the past 20 years, I've founded and run four companies - most notably as the CEO of Apple's digital agency, LEVEL Studios, which was acquired by Publicis Groupe and became one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.

I've raised over $80M, been part of $750M in exits, and worked with teams at Apple, Adobe, Activision, and Amazon (these are just the A's) to launch products used by millions.

After running an agency inside one of the world's largest advertising conglomerates, people often assume I'm a "marketing guy" - and I do love great marketing - but I've seen too many mediocre products hide behind good headlines. I'm more interested in companies built on proof, not poetry.

These days I build, advise, and invest in early-stage companies. I look for leaders with a bias toward execution and partner hands-on with founders to shape strategy, build product, and bring in the resources needed to scale.

I also explore work in film, spend time with my family, and support causes I care about like Homeboy Industries.
